What you're buying.

Digital guides and companion workbooks, delivered as PDF files. Your download link appears the moment payment completes and arrives by email as well. Checkout, payment, and delivery are handled by Lemon Squeezy as the merchant of record, so the purchase transaction itself is processed under their terms; everything about the content and how you may use it is covered here.

Your license.

Each purchase gives you a personal, lifetime license. Read the files on any device you own, keep backup copies, and print them for your own use; the workbooks are made to be printed and written in, and whatever you write in them is yours alone.

What the license doesn't cover: sharing the files publicly, uploading them anywhere others can download them, reselling them, or passing copies along in place of a purchase. This is a one-person shop; the honest boundary is simple. One purchase, one reader's shelf. Lending your tablet to someone across the kitchen table is life, not piracy.

They're gentle, practical writing about everyday struggles. They are not medical, psychological, or professional advice, and they're not a substitute for care from a doctor or therapist. If your mornings or your attention have felt impossible for months, please talk to a professional; the guides themselves say the same.

Everything on this site and inside the guides, the words, the design, the wordmark, belongs to Architect of Days and is protected by copyright. If these terms change in a way that matters, we'll update the date at the top; the terms in force when you bought are the ones that apply to your purchase.
